Product Details

Dr. Harley’s KoffCure is a non-sedative, sugar-free herbal
cough syrup designed to help relieve cough, chest congestion and throat
irritation. Each 5 ml serving combines Ivy Leaf Extract, Licorice Extract,
Sambucus Nigra Extract, Ginger Extract and Thyme Oil in a convenient 5-in-1
formula.

Ivy leaf and thyme are traditionally used to support
productive coughs by helping loosen and clear mucus. Licorice helps soothe an
irritated throat, while ginger and Sambucus Nigra complement the respiratory
herbal blend.

KoffCure is intended for short-term symptomatic support and
does not treat the underlying cause of a persistent cough. Seek medical advice
if symptoms worsen, last longer than one week, or are accompanied by breathing
difficulty, high fever, chest pain or blood in the mucus.

FAQ

Questions about KoffCure Ivy Leaves Cough Syrup? We’ve answered the most common ones to help you use it with confidence.

KoffCure Ivy Leaves Cough Syrup

1. What is KoffCure?

KoffCure is a non-sedative,
sugar-free ivy leaves cough syrup formulated with Ivy Leaf Extract, Licorice
Extract, Sambucus Nigra Extract, Ginger Extract and Thyme Oil. It is designed
to help relieve cough, chest congestion and throat irritation.

2. Who may benefit from taking KoffCure?

Adults and children aged 2
years and above experiencing a cough associated with congestion or throat
irritation may benefit when KoffCure is used according to the directions.
Children aged 2 to 4 years should only use it following medical advice.

3. How should I take it?

Children aged 2 to 4 years may
take 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) 3 times daily only on a physician’s advice. Children
over 4 to 12 years may take 1 teaspoon (5 ml) 3 times daily. Adults may take 1
to 1.5 teaspoons (5 to 7.5 ml) 3 times daily. Shake well before use.

4. Can KoffCure replace medical treatment?

No. KoffCure provides
short-term symptomatic support and should not replace medical assessment,
prescribed treatment or appropriate care for the underlying cause of a cough.
Antibiotics should only be used when prescribed by a healthcare professional.

5. Can men and women both use it?

Yes, adult men and women may
use KoffCure according to the recommended dosage. People who are pregnant,
breastfeeding, taking medication or living with a medical condition should
consult a healthcare professional before use.

6. Can I take it with other cough medicines?

Ask a doctor or pharmacist
before combining KoffCure with another cough medicine. Ivy leaf expectorants
should not be combined with cough suppressants such as codeine or
dextromethorphan unless specifically advised by a healthcare professional.

7. Can children take KoffCure?

Do not give KoffCure to
children under 2 years of age. Children aged 2 to 4 years should use it only on
a physician’s advice because a persistent or recurrent cough at this age
requires medical assessment. Always use the age-appropriate dose and adult supervision.

8. Is KoffCure suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

Consult a doctor before use
during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Safety information for several herbal
ingredients is limited, and the formula contains licorice; suitability should
therefore be assessed individually by a healthcare professional.

9. Is KoffCure sedating?

KoffCure is formulated and
labelled as non-sedative. However, individual responses can vary. Stop use and
seek advice if you experience unusual sleepiness, dizziness, an allergic
reaction or any other unexpected effect.

10. How long can I use KoffCure?

Use KoffCure for short-term
relief according to the directions. Consult a doctor if symptoms worsen or last
longer than one week. Seek prompt medical attention for difficulty breathing,
chest pain, high fever, coughing up blood, dehydration, or a child who appears
seriously unwell.

Important Safety Information

Licorice-containing products may not be suitable for people
with high blood pressure, heart disease, kidney disease, low potassium or those
taking corticosteroids, diuretics, digoxin or other regular medication. Ask a
healthcare professional before use. Do not use if you are allergic to ivy,
thyme or any listed ingredient.
