How is my loyalty tier calculated?

Your displayed tier is calculated from the lifetime spend available on your logged-in Shopify customer account: Bronze up to Rs. 6,000, Silver up to Rs. 15,000, Gold up to Rs. 40,000, and Platinum above that amount.

How much do I earn on regular and discounted orders?

Bronze earns 5% on regular-price orders and 2.5% on discounted orders. Silver earns 10% and 5%. Gold earns 12% and 6%. Platinum earns 15% and 7.5%.

How long are my rewards valid?

Rewards are valid for 3 months from issuance. The ShopSmart wallet should be treated as the final record for reward dates, available balance and expiry.

How will I know that rewards are expiring?

When mobile verification and SMS notifications are active, reminder messages may be sent 15 days and 2 days before expiry.

Is the Rs. 500 signup bonus guaranteed?

The signup bonus is optional and only applies when Dr. Harleys has enabled the relevant campaign in ShopSmart. The live ShopSmart wallet confirms whether the bonus was credited.

Where can I see and redeem my actual rewards?

Use the ShopSmart app blocks in the loyalty dashboard. They should display the official wallet balance, reward history, verification process and available redemption options.
